Gymnastics and Cheerleading

At the Y, we emphasize individual development and progress through a skill-based curriculum, a caring environment, and attentive instructors. Your kids will not only learn skills but also build self-confidence and character.

We do not allow parents or spectators to watch practice for the safety and concentration of your child in all classes excluding Adaptive.

Gymnastics

Registration is now open for November session!

Class Dates: November 4 - November 27

To Register: Stop by the Y to fill out a registration form for your gymnasts and provide the Y with debit/credit card information to be withdrawn monthly. Gymnastics is a year-round program, you may register at any time! Prices are listed per session and based on the number of classes in session that month.

Class Descriptions

Adaptive Gymnastics (Special Needs only)
This class has a mix of fun obstacles and basic skills while exploring the equipment. Any age is welcome!

Beginner Level 1 (Age 3-5 years) 
Gymnasts will explore basic gymnastic skills with an emphasis on self-confidence, following directions, jumping with two feet, forward rolls, and more! CHILDREN MUST BE POTTY TRAINED! 

Beginner Level 2 (Age 5-8 years)
Gymnasts will develop gross motor skills, listening skills, body awareness, and self-confidence while developing basic gymnastics skills.

Tumbling (Age 7+)  
Gymnasts explore progressive tumbling skills on the floor. This is open to all skill range.

Blaze Stunt and Tumbling
This class is offered to Blaze Cheer only. Keep up with your conditioning, gymnastics, and stunt techniques for next season.

Blaze Cheerleading 2024-2025

Blaze is a competitive cheerleading program that learns a United States All-Star Federation (USASF) routine following age and level restrictions. They travel to compete at various locations.
All participants must complete a Blaze clinic and try out with the possibility of being placed on one of the Blaze teams.
*There is a no parent/spectator rule during all practices. Parent sit-in dates will be posted throughout the season.
